The final round was played at The Links at Northfork.  It came down to a back nine duel between Mark Steen & Craig Steen, and Scott Riggs - with Mark outlasting them to win his first  Riggs  Open  Championship in his very first Riggs Open.  Mark shot a brilliant 76 (and finished the tourney at 6 under his handicap).  His round also included a near hole-in-one on hole #4.  Scott Riggs  finished alone in 2nd (3 under) for his best-ever Riggs Open finish.  Craig Steen (-2), Steve Jensen (+2), and John Bevans rounded out the top 5.
